Instagram: start with your bio

The bio link is the one place every profile visitor sees. Put your booking link there and say what it's for — “Book online 👇” works better than a bare link.

  • Add a link sticker to your stories when you post free slots or new work.
  • Pin a “Book” highlight with a short story that shows how booking works.
  • When someone asks “how much?” or “are you free on Saturday?” in DMs, answer and send the link — they'll see the prices and free times themselves.

Google Maps and Yandex Maps

People who find you on a map are often nearby and ready to book. Fill in your business profile completely — address, hours, photos, phone — and add your booking link in the website or booking field. On Google, the business profile has a dedicated field for appointment links.

Keep your hours up to date there: a customer who arrives at a closed door won't come back.

Offline: a QR code at the front desk

Your best customers are the ones who already came. Print a QR code with your booking link and put it at reception or by the mirror — the easiest moment to book the next visit is right after this one.

One link everywhere

Use the same link in every channel. Customers get used to it and share it with friends.
